A1 GP Qualifying Session

I won 4 grandstand tickets to watch the Sepang leg of the A1 GP race so I invited Carerre, Jow Liie and Sok to tag along. Here are some of the pics. My camera snapped 400 alone.

The first seat we chose was right opposite the pit area and Brazil's stop was the closest. Brazillian flag waving as their mechanics discuss about..urmm..something.

This lil gal almost knocked me over.

Haha..what you wouldn't know is that the sun was really scorching and yet the few of us stood there in the open for hours doing what Carerre was doing in this pic.

Carerre and a directional board. Didn't that almost sound like a oxymoron?haha..

Jow Liie walking as we our seats to grab some lunch.

Gtg for now..will post more pics after.

Photography 101..Blogger's current level - 1

My dad enjoying the serenity and comfort of some pretty expensive Chinese tea with my granny and my cousin sis in the background.

The lethally hot chinese teapot which served my dad's tea obsession with my sis in the background.

The ladies of the family.

My elder cousin sis Evonne on the phone.

My grandpa and his undying love for Merc.

Firstly, pardon me if the photos are slightly noobish. Still trying to understand that black fantasy (again, that refers to my Nikon) of mine.

Haha..as you photo junkies will know..photography is extremely addictive and annoying to people around you (I would know as it's only my first week having it and there are people who's asking me to stop snapping away already). Anyway, these 5 pictures are some of the pics I took during my grandparents' visit last weekend. We were having lunch at some fancy(not to mention obscenely overpriced) Hakka restaurant in Sunway Pyramid. The lunch session was just minutes after I got my camera.

Needless to say..I snapped away.

Atlas..An Update of me life

The last time that you guys read anything from this particular blog. The blogger was suffering from the unforgiving and often condemning 3 -ings in life. Fearing, mentally deceasing and suffering. All down to a brief spell living in the real world where the comfort of home is swapped for daily travels to the heart of our rotten capital for an internship. Now the blogger has broken out of that mould and finally content with the way things are going.

The blogger has acquired his beloved Nikon D60 and can't wait to learn the ropes of photography. For now he is nothing but a photo junkie/headless chicken blessed with one of the best entry level Digital Single Lens Review cameras money can buy. (Thank you so much mom for paying a portion of it:D!). Next gadget targetted ( 50mm lens and Samsung Omnia 16gb..no worries mom and pa..I'll get those myself). However, due to the new found hobby and luxury the blogger has permitted himself, he's back to square one - broke and constantly sulking due to the lack of ka-chings. Luckily, the blow is often softened by hours and hours under the hot blazing Malaysian sun taking photos of nature. In all honesty, the blogger has never been this enthralled by the wonders of nature HE has created. Maybe photography is quite a constructive hobby after all, then again this particular sentiment might be heavily influenced by the blogger's desperation to justify the fact he splurged close to 2k on a needless black box of buttons and lenses.

Anyway, I had a perfectly weird/kinky dream last night. Nothing sexual, just me and a certain Angelina Jolie frollicking on the beach. I credit this particular dream-come-true-dream to endless hours of potato couching, watching nothing but the sinfully addictive E! True Hollywood Story series. By the way, due the reluctance to wake up from that dream, my friend Ye En was forced to miss a class she herself did not want to attend. Yeah, I was supposed to fetch her to uni and yeah I know, I'm a great friend/driver to have.
